The Perfect Line-Up

Itís very easy to perfectly align or distribute objects on a PowerPoint slide if you know how.

Select all the objects you want to align or distribute by holding down the shift key while you click on them.

Click on Draw (in the lower left corner of your PowerPoint window). Click on Align or Distribute, and choose an option.

Align all objects relative to the left of the objects

Align all objects relative to the center of the objects

Align all objects relative to the right of the objects

Align all objects relative to the top of the objects

Align all objects relative to the middle of the objects

Align all objects relative to the bottom of the objects

Distribute the objects horizontally

Distribute the objects vertically

If you click on Relative to Slide first, it will use the slide as the reference point instead of the objects themselves.

You can use the Relative to Slide option to perfectly center a single object on your slide.
